Ordered late at night expecting nothing from an airport restaurant. Chef delivered two bowls of GREAT pasta. Very nice server too.

The meatball sandwich was actually very good! Considering that this terminal has a serious lack of quality restaurants I found La Vie to be a very nice retreat from the crowds considering that it's quite small.

Wonderful spot for coffee, and they offer smaller things than most places in the airport, like a toasted muffin or bagel. Service can be a bit slow, but if you've got time to stand in the insanely long line at the Starbucks next door, then you'll do much better sitting here and enjoying a latte and warm croissant.

Ate breakfast here during layover at JFK. Comfortable seating, clean table, and fast service. The Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly, however, the potatoes were a bit mushy and bland. When I checked in at the desk, had to be a bit assertive to get the attention of the hostess to get a table.
