There's a rude woman named Cynthia answering the phones. She hung up on me 3 times with attitude after trying to explain to her that I've just had an osteotomy, my 3rd spinal fusion and I'm in need of a new prescription for a nerve pain medication. Uneducated, no compassion, no listening skills, inability to her job. Why is she there? Why is she acting like she's better than when she works at TJH? When I called back a man was able to do what she couldn't. Why?

These stars are for the staff. I would give zero stars for the actual doctor. My parents have been going for about 8-10yrs. The staff is fantastic! They get referrals, return calls quickly, and are patient & friendly. HOWEVER, the dr my parents had is NOT good. He was curt, annoyed, did not want to follow through with my parents' ailments. He seemed to only want to handle quick solutions and pass the buck to avoid his responsibility and followups. There are several other drs but none speak Spanish, only the staff do. So my parents decided to look for a new dr.
