Metro Restoration

Metro was fantastic! We had 2 brownstone tiles on our facade that were hanging on by a thread and Metro came and fixed them immediately. The color match is perfect. We've worked with them for over 20 years and they also did a great job re-pointing the back of our house. We recommend them wholeheartedly!!

I don't recommend these guys. Received a quote on a project that was 80k above the other 3 proposals that were evenly split in the range of 200-215k. I was told by Hassan that if We paid cash and he didn't have to file permits he could be in the range. Very shady! Stay away!!

I can't speak highly enough of Metro Restoration. A friend in Park Slope recommended Metro and I'm very glad he did. Hasan (the owner) and his team performed some masonry work in our brownstone basement and backyard, along with scraping, pointing and repainting our rear wall. They did a great job, quickly - at very competitive rates. Our neighbors also mentioned to me how they were impressed with Hasan's team. They were respectful, professional & quiet. Hasan has helped us since with smaller projects and it's always been a relief to know that we have his number.

I couldn’t be happier with Hasan and his whole crew from Metro. I met Hasan outside of another job on my block and admired his work. 1st job - We hired him to install a blue stone slab at the foot of our doorway leading the backyard and to waterproof several areas of the facade and windows. After the first day, they finished most of the work, facade and waterproofing was great, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the way the blue stone sat. With no hesitation, Hasan offered to completely remove and reinstall the blue stone slab to my liking. I was beyond thrilled with the finished product! 2nd job - Months later, my insurance company inspected the property and flagged a small tripping hazard where the sidewalk meets my property line and requested that it be fixed (Hasan didn’t do the work to create the hazard). I reached out to Hasan and he took care of it at no charge! You would be hard-pressed to find a mason as honest and skilled as Hasan. He sees the big picture, which a lot of contractors don’t see anymore. I only wish I found him sooner!
