My most recent experience was excellent. My overall experience was wonderful, thanks in large part to an employee by the name of Joe and Eddie. They provided excellent customer service and represents this company CVS really well. Joe is a great overall manager and Eddie is a good manager, hes always knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to products and their availability. Eddie goes above and beyond to make customers have a great experience. I never used CVS pharmacy so I cannot say how good or bad the experience is. I look forward to always shopping at CVS. March 2023 update to review To be honest I shop at CVS quite often and although Joe is a great manager he can come off as a jerk sometimes but you cant let that get to you. For example I went in store to look for an item to be exact it was Womens pads, there was a promotional deal, spend $30 get $10, theres tags on a few items of the same brand however the item I choose didnt have a tag so I was unsure if it was apart of the promotion. Joe happens to be right there and I asked him if it was all items included he said no the tag says participating items only. So I said to Joe I understand it says participating items only but at the same time it also says for all poise. Now when you say ALL I am under the impression it means all types and varieties so how is it also only participating items. He went on and on and on about it making me feel as I am dumb and cant read that it says participating items only. I didnt listen to him and took the item to the register and it was apart of the promotion. My point is he doesnt even know himself clearly. Maybe he has too much on his plate. A lot has been changing at this store especially the staff. As for my experiences with staff DWAYNE AND NADEEM are the only two that has been very helpful and knowledgeable with products in the store. Even if they are busy they are very professional about it. For example, sometimes theres not enough ppl working in the evening Theres another man working there and seems like theres a language barrier thats very frustrating but luckily for Nadeem he fixes the concerns and questions. Eddie and Nazareth were great but seems like they do not work here anymore.

March 2023 update to review
