I can't say enough good things about this company. We have a non-verbal autistic 9 year old son. Covid has been a nightmare and we needed to get out. We bought the family chariot trike with elec assist. My son loves this trike more than life itself. We have put over 400 miles on it since July. He laughs so hard and it has made life so much easier. We even bring it to MacDonalds to pick up curbside. Worksman Cycles!!!!!!

They clearly need to do better at packaging for for shipment, as my trike-bike arrive half out of the box with scratched and and bent parts. I believe I could have ordered a bike from a company that doesn't even specialize in them and receive a better product. After contacting them, they informed me to take a picture and email it to them and they would send out undamaged parts. My rhetorical questions are, why did it have to get to that point? Why did I have to wait soooo long for them to build my special bike, only to receive it damaged? Hopefully they will send me touch up paint that not only should I not need, but should not have to even apply if they did a better job.
