I requested a very specific Balayage that I thought would take multiple sessions because my hair was very Dark almost Black with previous color and after bleaching and multiple toner colors Lorena perfectly Achieved the color I wanted. She even used Olaplex and conditioners and oil so my hair was left soft, shiny, and smelling so good afterwards with absolutely no damage 😍
