Their customers service is so bad .. their behaviors is so rude .. the workers just ignored us and refused to show us anything .. they were like its really expensive can you afford it ? Never going to this place again

Very rude. I brought $1000 gold and was planning to purchase more but Their approach wasnt good enough and Indian women was very rude and moody which makes me to leave the store. I told her that I wont come back to your store again and she told me thats my wish. What kind of seller is she? Who talks like that?

Worst customer service ever. Some of the women working there have a very bad attitude. I wanted to buy a ring there and had handed the money for my purchase. I then asked about resizing and the weight of the ring. I was told very rudely that once you buy the ring and pay for it, we will resize it and if the weight of the ring if less we dont care and you shouldnt care either. SERIOUSLY?!? Train your employees! It was another lady who saw the rudeness of her own coworkers and told me if they cut the ring and gold is left you get that piece of gold also. It was such a simple thing but the lady that was handling my business was not professional at all and didnt care if I spent my money there or not. Good thing I didnt buy the ring there. I got a heavier ring for less elsewhere. If I could give Abid Jewellers a 0 rating I would!
