The lease specifically states that the landlord isn't allowed to show the apartment unless there's a 24 hour notice beforehand. They never abide by this. It's pretty much never 24 hours. One time, they walked into our apartment just while we were making breakfast without any warning. Don't sign a lease with these people, they won't hold up their end of it.

Hands down the best rental company in the Ithaca area! Jim Iacovelli was a saint & pillar of the community. Support local businesses that have supported Ithaca & it's citizens since the 60s. Karen, Sally & Annie are a great team that will go above and beyond to provide you with quality, affordable housing in the Tompkins county area. RIP JIM!

A wonderful apartment for a great price! I have been here for a year, and am very happy here. The owners are very approachable and willing to work on any problems, residents are quiet, building is clean and new, free parking on premises, and not too far from bus routes to campus. I would highly recommend living here.

Do not expect them to plow your driveway so you can get out. It snowed a few feet and they drove their plow straight into the driveway and then backed out and left, leaving my car and my roommates cars blocked by the snow they pushed towards our cars. They would not come back to do a more thorough job of plowing, so we had to shovel our large driveway even though snow removal was in the lease. They also temporarily lost two of our security deposits, seem unorganized, and are rude when you ask them to fulfill their part of the lease.
