Monica Daniel and her crew were the best support team I could have asked for! I wouldnt change my birthing experience what-so-ever. They were well prepared and Monica and my doula, Isa, made me feel at ease in their very capable hands. They were encouraging and knew exactly what to do in every circumstance that I hadnt planned for. They made me feel cared for and comfortable. I moved out of state and am actually really sad that I wont get the opportunity to work with Monica for my second birth. I can only hope my next midwife will be as knowledgeable, kind, caring, and lovely as she was.

Oh my goodness we had the most incredible birth experiences with this team! From the moment we first met Monica when we were pregnant with our first child we felt So safe and heard. The pregnancy and birth journey was so profoundly beautiful with her and the team by our sides to help support us every step of the way. We are so grateful for such a life changing experience and that we were able to bring our babies earth side in a calm loving and supported environment. I recommend 1000x over. This is your safe place for you to be supported, heard and respected during your pregnancy and birth.

The most incredible group of women!! The entire time working with Monica and her team all through postpartum was above and beyond. Not only are they incredibly professional and experts in this field, they showed up with so much love and care for me, my body and my baby. They gave me the confidence and trust in having a home birth. My entire experience was so positive, nurturing and wholesome. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or team. Im forever grateful for Gently Borne!

My husband and I were so beyond blessed to have Monica, Emeline, Melody, and Isa by our side and along our journey to meet our sweet baby girl, Feleena! From our first phone conversation, I felt comfortable talking to Monica, she has a calm, caring spirit and I immediately felt at ease. She was open to hearing our previous birth story, hearing our hopes for our next birth. She supported our wishes in a caring way. Each visit, I felt my baby and I were in good hands, Monica and Emeline took their time with me, listening to my excitements and concerns and answering my questions with kindness, professionalism and truly caring about us. That support was felt then entire pregnancy, at the birth and after. My first birth was long (over 25 + hours), but this homebirth was FAST! (Less than 8 hours). I encouraged my husband to go to work thinking that the baby wouldnt come until later that night! Haha (He made it home in time!!) This little girl had something else in mind! While it was a beautiful whirlwind, I always trusted Monica's judgement and care, and I am blessed to have my husband and these amazing women by our side, bringing our baby into this world. In life, our truest happiest moments are times that we sacrificed or struggled and persevered to achieve a goal. Labor is just that- a beautiful- super cute victory at the end of the struggle! When I am old, looking back on my life, I will be proud of moments like this- proud of our children that we brought into this world and grateful for the support from these incredible women!
