I just had my latest of nothing but truly exceptional experiences at the Ithaca Perrywinkle's. I remember years ago as a child going in with my mother and always was well taken care of and was always satisfied in a professional and courteous manor. I've bought a few pieces of jewelry at Perrywinkles in the past 3-4 years and I keep returning for several reasons. The quality of what they sell is excellent, their prices are fair; but most importantly, their service and commitment to their customer is beyond what other jewelry stores offer. Recently, I ordered a bracelet and had a repair done on another piece of jewelry. The salesperson was Eva Smith and I felt she was knowledgable,professional, honest, helpful and committed to taking every step to make good on her word, even when it meant intervening on my behalf. I truly appreciate her assistance and caring attitude, and this is why I will always return to Perrywinkles for future purchases.

On 3/15/16 I stopped in to get a new battery for watch. Some how the face crystal cracked. Luzi & Eva couldn't have been more helpful and explained everything clearly. They were really nice. They are having it replaced free of charge which was a nice surprise. We've always gone to Perrywinkles and will continue to do so. The service is always good and staff always consideriate and helpful.

I arrived at Perrywinkle's with at least a dozen pair of sterling silver earrings that had been greatly tarnished by the sulfur in my water. I had not been able to wear the earrings for years, despite my attempts to polish them. The women at Perrywinkle's gave me immediate attention, carefully examined the jewelry and told me they would first check with their supervisor and then, if possible, do their best to polish the earrings without damaging the stones. I picked up the earrings the other day and they were beautiful and wearable again. I was so pleased. Once again, the women (Eva, Jen, Luzi and Sharon) were extremely attentive and kind and recommended some ways I might keep the jewelry safe from the tarnish at home. I so appreciated all the help from Perrywinkle's.
