The ladies in the office are as pleasant on the phone as they are in person. Mr. Rappaport was caring and considerate. He really listened to what I was saying. He also didn't ask me to get my medical records like some attorney offices had. Though I did have them because of another office asked me to get them and I was not happy with that. From past experiences I knew it was the attorney's responsibility to get them, which, Mr. Rappaport agreed. Just for that, something so minimal, I decided to use this firm for my case because it's the little things that count. Respectfully, Dawn Costanzo.

I was in an accident at a construction site that left me with terrible injuries which ended my career. Another lawyer suggested I should hire Mike Glass to represent me. I did and we fought a long battle against some big corporate defendants which finally ended today. There is a confidential settlement agreement, so I cannot talk about that, except to say that it was resolved to my satisfaction. I can tell you, however, the best advice I received was to hire Mike Glass. He and his legal assistant, Paula, were with me through every crisis I had over the last four years and they never stopped fighting for me. They were always available and offered guidance, and the firm spent whatever money was necessary to hire the best experts to prove my case. I give them 5 stars.

I highly recommend Michael Glass. I have referred many friends to Mr Glass, based on his knowledge of the Law, his professionalism, and sensitivity to personal matters. The office staff is friendly, and very professional as well.
