        The only person I have dealt with here is Heather. Whatever you are paying her, double it. Seriously. The surgical coordinator I was dealing with messed up my surgery in terms of insurance authorization and billing, and not only was Heather completely on top of it and overly communicative, but also compassionate and beyond thorough. I asked her where I could leave a review and she said it wasn't necessary. It most certainly is.

        Worst possible experience dealing with this company as a financial go-between for HSS. I cancelled my surgery because of the rep Margaret and have told Hospital for Special Surgery.
