        I’ve tried to go to this dunking about five times and have never had a good experience! The “only one person sign” is always up and the girl is always on her phone. The last time I went here it took about 15 minutes to make two bagels toasted with cream cheese. She spreads the bagels with cream cheese before roasting them, I have never seen this technique at any dunking before. The outside of the bagel was burnt and the inside was cold. I had to leave the BJ’s dunking to travel to another dunking. Management please fix these issues.

        Person on their phone and complaining about being being the only one there. Waited 13 minutes for a latte and it was a very slow day.
