I've used TrueTurnkey for over 3 years now. They provide excellent service and communicate well. Their product is true to what they advertise which is very important to me as an out of state investor. I truly view TrueTurnkey as an extension to my investment team.

I have purchased 4 properties through True Turnkey thus far & they have been a pleasure to work with. Their properties are full renovated turn-key SFRs & already tenanted at the time of purchase. The homes also have one year included home warranty which is great to address any maintenance issues. As an overseas investor, prompt communication is key aspect that I look for in a provider & TT have never disappointed me. Andrew Schnall has been been my main point of contact in all my purchases & has been great to work with. He is always just a text or email away from being reached and is very responsive. I would highly recommend TT to investors especially those looking for a trusted partner when investing from out of state or overseas.
