WHAT A NIGHTMARE THAT IM STILL TRYING TO WAKE UP FROM! This place is absolutely horrendous! They are completely inexperienced and incompetent! I tried to find help for my child for years before my pediatrician recommended this place. Dr. Nelson had a 6 month waiting list so we were forced to use a social worker named Samantha. She looked young enough to be my daughter and has zero experience and zero common sense. After two months of visits, we were scratching our heads and asking ourselves, what progress have we made? Samantha called CPS on me on a false allegation without ANY CORROBORATION AT ALL. I called Samantha to defend myself but it was like talking to a wall. I spoke to Dr. Nelson and it was much the same result. When the CPS worker interviewed and investigated me, he laughed and asked if these people had any experience. It was 2 months of hell. I dont wish it on anyone. I was sick to my stomach. I love my children more than anything in the world. I would never lay a hand on either of them. They have everything they need and then some. I wouldnt use these people if they were the last ones on earth that could help my child. Fast forward a year later, and with the right help, my child is doing extraordinarily well. I am so proud of my child. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I would give zero stars if I could.

I can't thank Dr. Nelson enough for her exceptional support. She's not just a skilled psychologist; she's a compassionate listener who truly cares. Samantha McGuire and Dr. Laura Eltahawy are absolutely amazing!! My daughter and I see them, respectively, and we couldnt be happier. Weve really clicked with them and feel completely comfortable. They make us feel safe and at ease even at our most vulnerable. After many years of searching for the right fit, were so relieved to have found it with them. We cannot stress enough how wonderful they are and enthusiastically recommend both of them!

Dr. Nelson is one of the most talented clinicians I have worked with. Over two years, I was honored to team with her to support at-risk adolescents in a residential treatment setting. She is approachable, kind, passionate, and highly- skilled. Witnessing the work she did with our clients inspired me to become a therapist. I highly recommended her and her team.
