Glenn is very responsive and and effective when arranging our house inspection. He is thorough during the inspection and communicate very well during the process and had relayed a lot of information / knowledge about the house to us, which is very helpful. He also made extra effort to find out the manufacturing date of the key appliances of the house so we have all the information. Highly recommend!

We hired Glenn for second inspection of the house to examine whether the seller did their work properly and we immediately realized that the first inspector we hired was not professional at all. Glenn is very dedicated and professional and provided many useful advice both for current condition of the house in details and also for the future maintenance or the house. The charge for the inspection is also the same as our first inspector and cheaper than the other inspector with perfect rating. Also, Glenn reviewed our first inspection report and gave us some useful suggestions. I would definitely recommend Glenn for home inspection. Five star service.

I highly recommend anyone looking to complete a home inspection to hire Glenn. He is responsive, detailed, thorough, patient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His passion for his business really shines through in his efforts and results. I've hired him twice, as the first house we were looking at fell through, and both times he delivered the same extremely high-quality service. He spent about 2-2.5 hours on site, inspecting all aspects of the house and the surrounding grounds, explained what he saw, what he recommended doing about it, and how immediate or important it was. He sent his inspection report same-day and it was highly detailed, memorializing everything he pointed out during the inspection. Not only that, but he followed up later with an unsolicited phone call to ensure I understood everything written in the report and to further underline a couple of the photos he took, as well as giving me an opportunity to ask any questions. He really cares about his clients! I couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service he provides, and I will no doubt recommend him to everyone I know as well as hire him again myself.

Glenn recently inspected our home as first time home buyers. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He went through every detail with us, with exceptional patience and poise, and uncovered some issues that actually saved us money on the house! I later sent the inspection report and findings to a roofer and a real estate attorney, they both asked something along the lines of "how much did you pay for this?" and "where did you get such a detailed report". Glenn was available quickly, did an extremely great job, so much so that it even impressed people in the industry, and is still supporting us through this whole process after the inspection. Glenn answered my call in a Friday afternoon, and in short notice he was able to make my inspection on Saturday morning. I was purchasing an old house (built 1915), and I really needed a thorough inspection. So often I see inspectors come and then the faucets on, flush the toilets, do a quick walk around inside and out, and theyre done in 30 minutes. Glenn was at the house (not a very large house) for over 2 hours. He explained everything to me in detail, but also without being over complicated and wasnt an alarmist. He was extremely professional and responsive. He sent me my report the same day. Great experience and I would recommend him to anyone, and will surely use him again if needed.
