Madeline & team worked tirelessly to find the gems in my mother-in-law's condo. The photography was good and the timing of the auction perfect for us while selling the residence. Suffice to say the sale went great and the return on investment well worth it! Thank you Madeline!

I simply could not have cleared out my parent's estate without her and her team. Madeline is terrific. She is acutely aware of the marketplace in terms of what is selling and the value of various estate items including jewelry, art, home furnishings, books, clothes, household kitchen items, silver, china, lamps, rugs etc. What she doesn't know the value of off hand she researches. I used her services on two separate occasions -once pre-covid when in person tag sales was the norm and again last year for an online auction. She is fair and reasonable and took care of what she said she would in a very professional manner. My expectations were fully met on both occasions for two very different types of sales. Most importantly, she and her team are trustworthy and efficient. I truly appreciate what she was able to do for my family.
