        Ever since they moved to the new offices and the phones were switched to a central answering system, patient care and communication is terrible. Twice I have tried to reach the office and I am told to leave a message and my info. NOT once has anyone returned my call. Furthermore I had a procedure planned and the script was never called into the pharmacy. That was not the end of the world, the issue was trying to reach someone to actually send in the script. Three times I had to call. When I finally spoke to a nurse care and concern for my inconvenience was minimal at best. I love the nurses and staff in this office however the new phone system is making it all very impersonal and difficult

        Very thorough and caring. I have been with him for over 10 years and will continue to go to him. Staff is friendly and professional. Always a great experience which is hard to come by.
