The customer service at this company is amazing. There was a medical billing mix up at the doctor's office that was quite the mess and I got a huge bill. When I called NTD the representative on the phone went above and beyond to help me get it cleared up. Deseray was her name and she checked eligibility for multiple insurance carriers that I was covered under in the past year, we found the right one, reprosessed the claim and even put my account in hold so collections wasn't calling me while the claim was being processed. She was so friendly and reassuring I didn't even have a chance to be worried or upset. Medical billing mixups are stressful but having someone on the phone who is so helpful makes a huge difference!
