Coach Nery has changed the lives of my wife and I in many ways beyond what we expected when we hired him to help us with our respective goals. His earnestness and dedication drove me to go far beyond what I had envisioned and the results of which bled over to directly affect the fitness journeys of many people he had never met. His dedication to his clients success is personal. His availability is constant. His passion is genuine. Limitless Physiques is a team that I could not be more proud to be a part of.

I started with coach Cody in March, and has been the best coach Ive had. Ive been through 3 coaches prior to Cody, and just from a communication standpoint Cody has been the best. But more importantly hes a coach who actually cares, which Ive never had before. From making sure my health is okay, to just being supportive yet blunt. He will steer you in the right direction. He does his job with passion, and genuinely wants everyone on this team to succeed. If you want a coach who communicates, has your back, tells it like it is, Cody is the right coach for you. Hes now someone I can call family, this whole team is. Im grateful to be on the team!

Cody Nery, owner of Limitless Physiques is one of the brightest and dedicated people in his field. He has single handed changed mine and my wife's life. A master at his craft! Highly recommended to anyone with any goals!

Where to begin. When I started this journey I didnt know what to expect. Ive done diets before, Ive tried to track what I eat, but I was never truly happy with the results. I made the decision to work with a nutrition coach and got a recommendation to contact Cody Nery with Limitless Physiques. I messaged Cody on Instagram and he responded the same day to set up a meeting with me. Going into this consultation I didnt know what to expect, I didnt really know if anyone would truly be able to help me achieve my desired goals. From the second Cody introduced himself I could tell that he was a very approachable and understanding guy. It couldnt have been more than 5 minutes of talking to Cody when I really believed he could get me to where i wanted to be. Since that day in December, I have been working with Cody. He is very responsive, friendly, and most importantly honest. Cody will tell me how it is, what Im doing wrong and what I need to improve on, all in the most respectful way. He is motivated to help his clients, which motivates me to push harder to see the results that we both want to see. I couldnt be happier in the decision that I made to reach out to Cody and I would recommend him to anyone. Cody has gotten me in the best shape Ive ever been in, and although Im not done, I couldnt have gotten to where I am without his confidence in me. Seeing how happy Cody is when he sees my positive results throughout this journey, instills the confidence I have in him as my trainer.
