Oh no you don't!!!! Did not you tell me that you are a florist? You should have checked your email or followed up with this important order on 9-5 when I was open to make sure the order was going to be delivered on time if at all because of its timed sensitivity. First thing after being closed for the labor day weekend, I cancelled this order giving you 24 hour notice.. This is on you. You gave me this order on 9-2 over labor day weekend at 2pm when I was closed through my website. The website was suspended and did not accept orders until 9-6 as to which it opened up for delivery... but not for timed delivery... AM timed. Because of the AM timed delivery I cancelled as soon as I saw it as we were already committed with another AM funeral. I cancelled your order at 7AM on 9-5 when I was checking my orders after the holiday weekend. If you checked your email perhaps you could have called a florist close to this church in Poughkeepsie and discussed with them the time sensitive delivery to the Baptist church as the delivery was for 9-6 in the early, early morning. The church is 30 minutes away from my florist and were unable to deliver at the requested time. I am sorry you did not check your email. I contacted my website servicer and they confirmed with both me and you that I cancelled the order...as I asked them to call you after you accused me of not being professional by sending you a cancellation email when in fact I did!
