        Picked up my lab coat and asked why it was wrinkled. The owner said, "It's the material." I could have done a better job myself with Tide, dryer and iron. Rediculous!

        Brought my down comforter there to be washed, when i went to pick it up it had a bad odor and still stains on it. When i questioned if they washed it they told me yes. (So i paid the $55) and took it the laundromat and washed it myself. Stains came out and odor went away, they definitely did not wash it.
