Very rude on the phones. Tried to connect with one of the staff and I was spoken to very rudely. I wouldn't recomment doing business with these rude people.

The rudest people ever!! If I could give zero stars I would. Not only are they rude but they are liars also. I would definitely suggest you go some place else if you need any medical supplies.

Needed an emergency replacement of headgear for my CPAP as I was from out of town and unable to use my machine. They were Completely unconcerned with my plight. Kept repeating a bureaucratic "We are not taking on new patients." That I was NOT a new patient but a traveler stranded without necessary medical supplies (which would be paid for either by insurance or ou-of-pocket ) was lost on these people

WORST customer service. There's a women named Chris in Billing that is so belligerent. She called to tell me that they were removing my mothers hospital bed THE NEXT DAY because medicare declined to pay. No mention that I could buy or rent it. I had to suggest that to her. Then a hassle getting paperwork showing what was owed. She was quick to charge my credit card but again very nasty on the phone about providing backup. I found a REALLY NICE company (Continued Care) on Long ISland that sold us the same bed at HALF the price Prime offered, and it was delivered today. Chris, if this gets to you, there's this thing called the Internet and people will talk about your business if you're not doing a great job. The world has no use for people who are mean, nasty and unprofessional.
