If I could give this company a ZERO I would. The day of a nor'easter, with over a foot of snow, they did not show up to because I did not sign up for yearly maintenance. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people, terrible customer service and no notice of terminating services, just a no show. SCAM!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! They should not be in business.

Unprofessional and rude! Owners decided to drop senior citizen customer for plowing services with no prior notification. Today, day of storm, when services are needed and contractor didn't show, the office was called and senior citizen customers informed they were dropped and contractor would not respond to plow. Contractor left the elderly couple in unsafe and dangerous condition. Noreens response to customer on the phone was "Too bad. We dropped everyone who doesn't have yearly maintenance. What can I tell you." UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE....DO NOT RECOMMEND. FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

George and his team do wonderful work. They are prompt, friendly and do a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they have done. I highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.
