Eray medical supply company is falsely advertising price match on their website. I contacted them with request for price match and they failed to show integrity and honor the promise of price match they offer on their website. False advertisement. This company is not to be trusted.

This is a safe place to ask what you may think are stupid questions! They sure don't make you feel stupid and they gave me knowledge I didn't realize I needed. Absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. Frank kicked butt at his job. Thank you!!

Eray exemplifies customer service! They have needed medical equipment and supplies and very fair pricing. I had recurrent problems with an O2 Concentrator and they went over and above to resolve this with the manufacturer. I could not have asked for a better or more responsible experience than I got from them. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Even though they are in New York and I am in California I feel like doing business with them is like dealing with a trusted friend! I only wish there were more businesses with the same standard of service and concern! Thank you Frank and staff at Eray.
