Sunrise Medical Laboratory

I stopped going to the Holbrook location for a while until I met Tori who is a phlebotomist. I am a very hard stick and she gets me no problem every single time. I even bring my daughter to her now. No matter how busy they are, Tori gets me in right away, gets me out the door fast and is always pleasant. I no longer mind getting my blood work done because I finally found a phlebotomist who understands my veins!

The woman who works the front desk was unnecessarily rude and passive-aggressive to me. A women who came in 5 minutes after me even called her out and asked her why she was so annoyed. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and I ended up leaving after another person who came after me was served before me. Proverbs 15:1 A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

Highly unstaffed, staff is rude and doesnt care, I have the skinniest veiny arms and the lady missed my vein twice somehow. I do not reccomend this place.
