For the second year in a row Nick and his team knocked it out of the park! From set up to clean up his team was amazing! The fresh seafood sauted in front of us.the lamb chops, Ruebens, bruschettayum! And dont forget the ice cream and bananas forrester! You will not be disappointedyour guests will be raving about the food for weeks!

Nick is the absolute BEST!! He has done many parties for my family and they just keep getting better! Nick catered my son's baptism this August and the it was the most perfect event thanks to Nick and his phenomenal team. You can tell Nick takes so much pride in his work and puts so much thought into every detail. From the food, to the tent, to the service, everything is executed to perfection. All our guests raved about what a great party it was and want to hire Nick for their next party. I would 1000% recommend Nick!

Nick and his team were spectacular. I was blown away by how classy everything was, and then we tasted it... holy yummy. Everyone talked about it all night. Nick is beyond easy to work with and super creative. Want to have another party just to have them back.

Nick was a phenomenal caterer for our 150-person outdoor wedding. The tent, the decorations, the lighting, the food, the layout, the organization and coordination -- everything was fantastic and worked out perfectly. One of our guests was a food critic in a former life and said this was the best food she had ever had at a wedding -- and she wasn't the only one who complimented the hors d' oeuvres and the dinner! As important, Nick was our champion: if we had an idea, he made it happen; if plans changed, he made it work (not even Hurricane Ian could stop Nick!); if we were freaking out, he talked us back from the ledge; if there were any problems, he resolved them. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure that our wedding turned out exactly as we hoped. No details were spared, no corners cut. We can't recommend Nick enough!
