        Excellent staff!! Manny is a compassionate and diligent receptionist. Sorry I don't know the name of the female receptionist, but she is Excellent! Dr. Ortiz is great. A throwback to what doctors were all about. Thank you all for your inspiration and guidance.

        Manny is terrible ! When Dr ortiz was told how rude Manny was he didn't care stated he has a waiting list and essentially didn't care if he lost a patient

        Please note that my review does not reflect Dr. Ortiz; the doctor himself, from what I experienced, was wonderful. The employee who answers the phone clearly is not happy with their job - this person was condescending, rude, lacks compassion, and is the reason I will no longer be using this practice. Unfortunate. This employee is enough to cause me to look for a new doctor.
