Excessive charge $500 for labor to replace cold-water bathtub handle that was leaking. Plumber went to supply store to pick up part $67 and returned to complete work, total time about 1 hour 45 minutes. Plumber was polite and professional. Total cost $617.33 with taxes. The corporate office reached out to me and spoke to Farmingdale, NY branch that performed the work. Someone from the branch called me and agreed to refund $100. I received the check in March 2024. Because this particular plumbing repair was only guaranteed for 30 days, I left the 3-star review.

Sitting here five days later- have requested the follow up appointment with camera technician to verify clearing work of sewer line - have left multiple voice mails & text messages STILL No return calls or text.
Intial response was Not what operator said - NO advance call from technician- he just shows up. Seems he was on phone getting directions from someone. Never explained our options- just stated for him to do anything the COST was $630 never mentioned that did not include TAX!
Proceed to go in & out of wet basement tracking muddy boots- staining carpet. Whole deal very unprofessional as compared to other certified Union Plumbers that we have dealt with in the past. I would be hesitant to give this group a referral as of right now. Feel they take advantage of the elderly & retired Sr. Citizens, in stressful times. Actually thinking about it now it is not a 2 Star review- more like 1/2 star. They did drain the basement utility sink. But left a Mess. They only care about upselling reclamation & other services. I keep calling & mo one bothers to call & deliver the services i paid over 630 dollars for less than 45 minutes worth of work- feel the take advantage of the elderly!!! Stay away learn from my mistake!!!!!
