Truthfully, their vegan menu should be their ONLY menu because of how incredible it is! There's no need for meat options when their vegan wraps, sandwiches, breakfast options (I loved the whole wheat roll with Impossible sausage, Just Egg patties and shredded mozzarella cheese) are THIS good. Acai bowls, smoothies and cleanse shots to boot. Worth the stop when in Nassau County. Pros: Air fried sweet potato fries, Vegan breakfast sandwich, Vegan pancakes w. maple syrup Cons: Meat options available, Heavy front door Vegetarian options: Ask for the vegan menu! Dietary restrictions: Large selection of vegan options, including condiments like real maple syrup and ketchup without high fructose corn syrup.

I have celiac disease and finding a gluten free egg sandwich is nearly impossible. Ordered one here, and it was so delicious. I'll be back :) Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Recently catered a lunch ordered a food package and was extremely pleased with the choices - the combination of food offered matched so well. Everything was so fresh and tasty and so nicely presented and the place that the lunch was catered for absolutely loved everything. The fruit platter that was part of the package was so delicious too- fruit was super fresh. I highly recommend catering from Fuel Your Body. The staff is always so friendly. Vegetarian options: So many options its hard to add them all here. Well balanced meals for protein for vegan and vegetarian options. They always have new menu items which are well thought out. Great combinations. Dietary restrictions: So many options for anyone with dietary restrictions. Gluten free- dairy free- vegan- etc
