I always have a great experience at this bank, everyone is so nice & friendly at the Hicksville location. Today I went here because I noticed charges to my account that were not from me & John M was so incredibly helpful. He spent about an hour with me & called the fraud department to dispute the charges & gave me so many helpful tips on how to protect my card info from being stolen. Super nice guy, super easy to talk to, funny & extremely helpful! Thanks again John!

I love island federal. Go island federal. Jeffrey and Anthony are kings. If you can go to island federal, I would do it. Just to see them, not even for money stuff, but for money stuff too

Been an IFCU member for my entire life- recently had a scary and unfortunate scenario happen following a scam call. Both John's and the managers immediately took control of the situation and protected my account (and sanity) within seconds. They also sat me down and connected me right away with the fraud department and told me exactly what steps to take following the event. The situation was anxiety provoking but their calmness and quick action was extremely appreciated.
A special shout out to John M, who took his time to give me advice on scam calls & how to always protect my account with scam calls being on the rise. He also gave great banking knowledge and advice in general that I actually had not known prior. John M even double checked everything with multiple IFCU members and departments for me before I left because he truly cared and wanted to ensure my issue was properly taken care of.
I look forward to my issue being officially resolved but I am very grateful for the staff members who were working that day for handling my situation the way they did!
