The guy in the from desk is so rude, The bad attitude and very inconsiderate why the online page let me do the appointment for COVID test when we are there he told me I need the social or passport this is the first time one clinic told me that always my Id or license is work but here they are crazy

I’ve been waiting for my Covid results for days. Every time I call they tell me my results are in and I would get a call with my results. They never called and I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional.

Do not go to this place at all! No reason in making appointments because you will not be taken care of on time. Walk-ins are worse because they will cut off walk ins after a certain time and you could have been waiting for hours for nothing. Walkins are just not garunteed to be taken care of. I was a walk in and waited on line from 10:40AM until 01:30PM when an angry employee decided to come outside and yell to everyone online that walkins will not be taken care after 2PM. If you are ok with waiting then make an appointment but if you are not ok with wasting your time then go to another place.

Wait on the phone for 12 minutes and then it’s say no one is able . The patient portal does not work . And you have to pay 30$ just to get a print out of ur result ... terrible Called the telemedicine line (which is a fancy name for customer service they can help with anything medicine related ) but I called to see if they are open said yes . And when I go there there a not saying they are closed due to a death in the office

Came to this location with an appointment and was told they were taking walk ins over individuals with appointments.....Called in for my results 3 days later and was told they weren't ready yet and I should have received an email....I didn't. Went in person to get my results and the form showed that the results came in prior to me even making the first call. The woman at the front desk lacks professionalism and needs to work on how to deliver information to patients appropriately. Do not go to this location for Covid Testing. However there was one kind nurse there that I must mention. The only good part of my visit.
