Richard Fiedler was very helpful and courteous. He was knowledgeable and polite. He got me in and out of the service department quickly. I was very satisfied with him.

On Saturday October 9th, 2021, I've had an appointment at 9:30 AM for an oil change and to reset the tire pressure warning light. After waiting for 3 and a half hours, I was told @ 1:00 PM that the battery was weak despite the fact that the car was purchased brand new 2 years ago, the adviser, Kevin Bader, kept asking me when I've had purchased the battery??? I told him that it obviously came with the car. After waiting over 4 hours I was told my car was ready. I was charged $82.98 for labor to install the battery which takes less than 5 minutes to install and the total bill was $342.19 for an oil change and a battery. To add insult to the injury, Mr. Bader, told me there was NOT enough time to reset the tire pressure monitor and I had to go back another day. Worst, prior to their "reset" the monitor used to show the gauge for the 3 tires and now all 4 of them are blank. I won't be visiting Hempstead Lincoln again because it seems as if their goal is to sell you unnecessary service and they don't care about their customers. Unfortunately, they put their commission and profit ahead.
