They did an excellent job adding and matching the lettering on my Aunt's existing headstone. If your new to this it does require a waiting time of approximately 2 to 3 months to be completed, so be patient. Also paying up front is the norm. Very satisfied with the out come.

I was dealing with Linda who was pushy rude annoying and unprofessional each time I either spoke on the phone or corresponded via email. With something as important as a memorial for family, it was soon clear that I had made a mistake with hiring this company. In the end it was more important to not deal with the company and move on rather than pursue getting my deposit back.

While the result - the monument - is important - the service you receive in the process is what actually determines your experience. Mine has been appalling. I have been working with Linda Biggica to add an encryption to an existing monument - a task for which I was charged in full upfront nearly 3 months ago. In spite of numerous pleas - I have received no guidance re when this will be done. Repeated attempts to follow up have been ignored by Linda. And now the culprit is the weather - the ultimate unpredictable factor that has absolved Polchinski of any responsibility for a time line to completion. I guess when you receive full payment upfront you can be vague, ignore, and then yell at the frustrated customer about circumstances outside your control, and that many people are waiting much longer. Those of us dealing with the injury of loss - and I lost both my parents this year - do not need the bonus insult. That is not honoring life.
