Pleasant service is not their strength but they have good prices and everything you need. They should have a sign out front " Walk-ins not welcome" They are not a hardware store. They deal 99% with accounts in the trade so they expect everyone to know what they are talking about. Don't go there to get 5 bolts and expect them to stop filling orders and serve you with a smile.

EXTREMELY rude, VERY slow, and so nasty that they're evil. Just the absolute worst bunch of human beings I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.To complete an order takes them well over an hour. The place is filthy. The guy with the clown hair is always angry and nasty to customers. The owners aren't any good either. They scream at people and don't care in the least about anybody. There is no reason to go here at all. Go to Grainger or Tanner for much better service. These things that dare call themselves people who work at Warren are atrocious. Wouldn't surprise me if they were up to something illegal. Do not give them any business.

This place ... Rude service and for one order of few bolts you need an hour by the counter, yes they take forever, be faster to order the HW online!

The head guy here that supposedly knows something, knew absolutely nothing! The people that work here are rude and run from one thing to another. They do not know how to run this place. If quickness is what your looking for, do not even go to this place. They take forever. I never write reviews but when you have to deal with this you have to. Please find another place to get your screws before you head to them.
