        Shady promotions and signup. They'll hide things like the annual fee (your charged the following month after joining). Constantly call you to get you into classes. Edit: Lowering this to one star for billing me annual fee after cancelling membership. Really poor way to treat customers.

        The staff is friendly but the equipment is terrible and not maintained. There are very few classes that fill up quickly. The basement is also prone to flooding and the gym gets shut down several times a year. They have been lacking a manager for some time now so you have to call the Dobbs Ferry location that will listen to your issues and do nothing. I belong to the gym because it's in town and convenient but that's it. It's a terrible gym overall and shows no sign of improving.
