        The absolute worst. I took off of work to waste the entire morning on an appointment that was confirmed the day before to be canceled once I arrived at the office. There staff had absolutely no remorse. People are struggling financially and there is just a lot going on these days Im general. I felt so helpless and defeated. As I didnt have the means to waste. This shouldnt have happened. Will never come here again. So unprofessional.
