When I called this company (after finding their contact online) Patricia responded immediately and scheduled a free estimate within two days of the call! The cleaners were also able to start that same week which was great since I needed a deep clean immediately before moving back into my house after major reconstruction. I also appreciated how Patricia came with the cleaners when they arrived to explain everything I was requesting that they do/clean, and checked in a few times throughout the day to be sure that that was exactly being done. Lastly, she was back at the end of the day to be sure the work was completed to my liking and made sure I was satisfied with the final product. I appreciate that level of service. Very impressed with the responsiveness of the owner, she was concise in her explanations and very professional in the aspect of business.
My apartment hasn't been this clean in quite some time, and I have Multisolution's cleaning to thank.
This was my first time using a cleaning service, and my expectations were met. I only hope that they are exceeded the next time I employ their services :) Services: General housekeeping, Standard cleaning
