I'll definitely be hiring them again in a couple months. The last time I hired them, they blew me away when they delivered my rugs. It's like the rugs I got aren't even the rugs I sent. Also, they gave my wife and I a new pad, and I don't believe they charged us for this. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. Bravo!

Now that my oriental rugs are wine-stain-free, I don't have to hide them in the den. I'm so happy about this! One of these rugs has a fantastic pattern, and I swear I've never seen this pattern replicated on any other rug, which is saying something considering I'm a rug connoisseur. Finally, I can boast that my rugs are compliment magnets again. The other night, I had some neighbors over, and four out of five of them gave my rug a compliment. The one person who didn't compliment it doesn't compliment anything, so this doesn't bother me. I can't thank Rug & Carpet Cleaning Westchester enough. Their team was fantastic when they cleaned my rugs! They cleaned four rugs to be precise, one runner and three area rugs.
