Are you kidding me with this place? Here is my story...I have a VW which I use to come back and forth to nyc for work. When my check engine light came on I took it to them thinking it was just a sensor or something because the vehicle was still running fine. I was told by them it was the thermostat and a camshaft solenoid, which I authorized the repairs for. The following day the shop called me up to tell me I had an oil leak and that my vacuum pump needed to be replaced. Fine, I didn't believe them (I will get to that) but I told them to fix it. The woman again calls and says the car will be ready the following day (a Saturday) and at this point which is 5pm Friday she tells me, by the way we don't take credit card and your bill is over $1300. Because I have that kind of cash sitting in my underwear draw? I don't know. Let's keep going. She calls Saturday at 4 to tell us the car is ready but they are closing, we rush over to get it. Upon picking up the car she tells us we have a pretty bad radiator leak and that it needs to be replaced, we take the car home. In the driveway for 45 minutes and there is a 12 inch puddle of coolant freshly dripped out of the car. I have parked the vehicle in the same spot in the driveway forever and there was never a spot, in fact none of my cars drip any fluids because I take pride in my vehicles and they are all in great condition. Do these people think I would not have noticed oil and coolant all over my driveway?! Well there is coolant now. Never going here again. Lost a customer, and will never refer anyone there and will never have a good thing to say about them.
