        Before You Think About Moving There, Look Around. I Lived There For Years. Very Small. Always Had Issues. The Laundry Room Was Filthy, That Is If They Even Worked! There Are Rentals, With Laundry In Apartments! Nice Swimming Pool, With Green Water. Never Swam once, when I Lived In Brookside. Please Just Look Around, Do Not Sign A Two Year Lease. You Will Move In A Year! I Realized When I Left, That My Landlord Really Takes Care Of Everything! My Place Is Almost Double The Size! The Rent Does Not Go Up In A Two Year Lease, If You Sign One. I Have No Complaints With My Landlord. God Blessed Me With Him. Remember:?LOOK AROUND, MAKE SURE THEY DON’T OWN THE PROPERTY!! There Is A Comment On This Site By My Name, I Never Wrote It! It Was Reported. Do You Notice The Comments Were taken Down On Their Site?? This Will Be Posted For People To View, Before They Look For An Apartment!! They Gave Themselves A 5.0, Actually, It Should BevA 1.0. The Water There Is Terrible For Your Hair! Get I t Tested, Before You Move In! They Were Forced To Clean Their Boiler/ Hot Water Heater After 20 Year’s!! Don’t Let The Grounds Fool You. Again, They Own Other Properties. Do Not Rent From Them!!!!
