Went and bought a Kawasaki z125 for my fianc from these guys. They did not call us once they found a bank for our loan, told us the bike was ready to be picked up and get slapped with 18% interest. When we were told our interest would be 8-10%. Why were we not contacted about such a drastic increase in interest rate? I said we are going to go to a different bank and get a loan, since then we have also been pressured into accepting the 18% contract as well. They started the banking paperwork WITHOUT contacting us again. Only called after they started the paperwork and all they needed was a signature to screw us with 18% interest. when I talked Chris about how 18% internet is absurd he lies straight to my face and tells me that the interest is only 912 dollars. When on my invoice there is an 1800 dollar interest. Absolutely scummy dealership and scummy staff. If youre in the market for a nice motorcycle go to JSC motor sports on central ave, I have 4 bikes from them and have NEVER had an issue with them, always felt comfortable and like a family, NEVER been taken advantage of ever. They are absolutely a better dealership than these scums.
