        At guard 5:43 am for 6 am appointment 4 trucks lined up ahead of me by the time I arrive, by the time I check in at receiving office it was 6:17 , making me wait until a door is available saying that I missed my appointment by 15 min , 2 hrs waiting for a door, should have a phone communication with guard to assign a door to avoid messing with truckers time . Zero star!

        Security guard was nice and the lady in the receiving office was nice...if you go in without an attitude then you might have a good turnout....first time here was real pleasant
