Not sure how much better an Insurance Company can be. Having moved to NY from another state, the process of switching insurance, plates, and licenses was a nightmare to begin with, the add in Covid DMV shutdowns..we were exasperated. We were recommended to them by a friend who told us how helpful they may be. Boy, were they right!! They straightened all the paperwork morass out, got us moving in the right direction, were very friendly and understanding,.. AND saved us 40% off our Geico bill!. Like I said, you cant get much better than that. Thank you!

You wouldn't normally expect to enjoy going to an insurance company with all the paper work and what not but, I always do! I've been going here with my parents since I was young and it's always been a positive experience! I never deal with the 1800 numbers that insurance companies have because I can just call here and they help you out and it's a lot faster! Can't say enough good things about this place honestly. They also got my policy down from $112/mo to 51/mo so let's just say they do good work! If you have a bad experience here, you're just a grumpy, miserable person who needs more sleep. Thanks again to the ladies at LP Thompson!!!!
