This review is an update to a poor experience we had two years ago, and when a business makes attempts to good by their customers we want to make mention of it. First off, executive management and especially Eric at the corporate office made sure it was his top priority to correct all the issues we had with our John Deere gator. It has been two years since our long road of headache and we are please to report the machine has been running almost seamlessly for the last two years. Second, we had our 6300 worked on by the service department a few times over the last year and Mark has been great at turning the place around. Our machine comes back promptly, and serviced without any shortcuts. The service was a disaster a few years back but much better now. Our only reservation is the labor rate of $157/hr is quite a bit higher than other competing dealers in the area such as NH or other JD dealers in NJ and PA so we sometimes truck our equipment back out to PA where the labor rate is closer to $95/he at the dealer. Other than that only good things to say with this update!

I purchased a used John Deere 3038e from Tom. I drove three hours for the tractor because they had the best prices around! Tom was extremely responsive to my questions and followed through on everything he said. Great service something thats getting rare these days!
