I purchased a snow blower from a big box store thinking that they sold a high volume and knew what they were doing. This is far from the truth. When I had issues after just a year, B&B Equipment was able to fix my blower quickly. They found a number of things that werent set up quite right. Needless to say, when I got my snow blower back it ran better than when it was brand new. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with B&B, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them without reservation and while I hope I dont find myself in need of their services in the future, Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

Stopped in to pick up belts for my Ariens snowblower. They had what I needed and got me on my way in just a few minutes.

Bought a new Gravely ZTHD from B&B last month. The mower and service are fantastic. Ive purchased from here before and will continue to use this dealer as they are very knowledgeable LF their products and they are pleasant to deal with.

I had just relocated from Albany to Mayfield NY and was in need of a new power equipment supplier. I had a outstanding 30 yr business relationship with my former dealer in Duansburg. I searched the internet and found excellent reviews for B&B equipment on route 30. I visored the dealership on a Wednesday greeted by Co- Owner Kelly. I was waited on immediately and explained my options in Cub Cadet lawn tractors. With that, Co- owner Tom entered the showroom from the service area to introduce himself and assist Kelly with the sales process. Within 15 minutes , I was able to make an informed decision and purchase.I did order an out of stock attachment that needed to be installed as I had no tools at my new residence. Kelly ordered the part and Tom immediately offered to install the attachment free of charge and deliver the tractor to me as soon as the part arrived. I received a call from Kelly the following Monday at 9:00am and was told that my attachment had arrived and Tom had already installed it! Tom personally delivered my tractor within the hour as promised. Tom went over all of the tractors features and test drove the unit on my property to ensure everything was operating properly.This dealer has been in business since 1980 and family owned. I received the best sales experience possible at B&B, I was also reassured by the owners that would stand behind this sale and any future service requirements 100%. There is no doubt in my mind that they will...Thank you Tom and Kelly, I will be back in the showroom soon for my future power equipment needs.
