The service man was prompt and professional. Very thorough and informative of other plumbing issues for further consideration. We appreciated the pre-visit text and bio with picture. The $99 fee for just showing up was not appreciated, but getting someone to show up on time and do the job right is more than worth it these days. Thank you and happy to recommend you to our friends and neighbors.

Hi there, Im a relatively new customer and I just want to say how happy I am with a Johnson plumbing and heating. All the text that have come here have been friendly, professional they answer all my questions and they dont get frustrated when I dont know a lot of information. But the biggest thing for me is a woman that works in the office. Her name is Michelele she really makes the company what it is. Not only is she professional and friendly, she knows her information, and if she doesnt know the answer, she finds out and the thing that really impressed me was that she called me back with the information. And answered all my questions. for me and a lot of customers, it gives you a nice feeling to know that you can call and get the same person in the office, and they are more than happy to go above and beyond what they are supposed to do to find out answers for you and make sure that youre happy. She also calls to let me know when technicians are running late, or if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, she always calls and I feel like I am always in the loop. Ive never had that with any other company. So I am very happy to be a customer at a Johnson plumbing and heating. Thank you very much Debra Post
