If you are searching for an honest company, stop here. Bryon came by to give advice on what a building inspector had said I needed to have removed five months ago. That was mold. I'm not an expert but my eyes didn't see a thing. As a matter of fact I never had lived in a house with such a dry basement. The bldg inspector gave me two companies to call to remove it. One said it would cost $4000+ to clean it out. The other said if it was his house, he would put in a dehumidifier and call it a day. Another honest man! We got the dehumidifier and it that seemed to give a pretty close reading to the normal range so it was returned. Summer came with humidity. Bryon measured us in the 80s. I see dirt patches on the floor and automatically think it's mold because of the bldg inspector. He is the expert! I contact a few companies including this one and the one that was going to charge $4000+. Well the company that gave me a price of $4000 doubled. Their reasoning was "now you do have mold," lol. Huh? I truly believe if they had arrived before Bryon of Advanced Cleaning & Restoration, We wouldn't be still living in this house. We would have abandoned it! I am pretty sure the other company would have told me it was mold. Bryon came in and said, this isn't mold. He took time out of his day and I didn't have to pay him anything. I hope he continues to be honest in working with his customers and I hope he will be greatly rewarded for doing so. I would recommend this company and call in the future if needed. I notice they cover many services. Not related ..but that bldg inspector missed a big structural flaw that I discovered. The roof trusses and load bearing wall was off the main beam in the basement by almost one foot. The floors on the top level where slanted on one side of the house. Paid Bldg inpector noticed the cracked floor joists and told me not to worry about that as much as the mold. Lol. Also, he didn't tell me to check for asbestos when dealing with the floor tiles . What about possible lead paint? I discovered all these things without his paid help. What did I pay him for? He couldn't check the roof because of snow. He told me I needed new sewer pipes when he couldn't open the cover. The old steel pipe was replaced with PVC and it clearly had some life left to it. Lesson learned..ya can't trust your building inspector especially if he is a certified mold inspector..and wants to give work to his friends and then have him back for another inspection..lol. it's people like this that really make you appreciate people like, Bryon. Also one of his employees said he is a great boss. So much so that his wife wants to work for him too. That also says a lot! Anyway, a big "thank you," again to Bryon.

Would definitely recommend Advance Cleaning Services easy to make an appointment was given date and time and they where right on time,my apartment looked great nice to go home to a clean fresh smelling home...Great job Bryon..

This company is very knowledgeable and detailed. Dylan and Cody did a great job and were very professional. This is our second job and look forward to using them again.
