They have done a fine job on coats brought in for dry cleaning. Will use them again.

I dropped off pants at the beginning of the week to be hemmed and was told I could pick them up a Friday. When I picked them up and got home, the pants weren’t actually hemmed. I brought them back, and was told by the girl at the register to “go talk to the blonde girl and tell her to hem them while you wait”. At this point I decided that perhaps getting a refund and going elsewhere would be the best course of action. I asked for a refund and was told to wait while she went to speak with the seamstress. When she came back, I asked for a refund again, she told me they would hem them while I waited. It took me asking for a third time before she acknowledged what I said and gave me a refund. Not pleased.
