My former agent, when it was Farm Family, was great. But, a recent contact left me quite disappointed. The agent that I dealt with was short and did not appear genuinely concerned about my inquiry. You may want to look elsewhere. You want a compassionate agent when discussing life insurance concerns.

Family Farm the worst insurance company to get a settlement when their customer is 100% at fault. They will send you a check for less that 1/5 the cost of repair, drag you out for months and are incompetent. ADE Osumno was the adjuster and was completely incompetent and doesn’t follow thru with anything he says he’s going to do. Stay away from this insurance company

Farm Family is the WORST auto insurance company I have ever had to deal with. A kid insured by them was texting, not paying attention and rear-ended me while I was stopped in a line of traffic. After weeks of calling and being put on hold for hours and getting redirected to I-don't-know-how-many different incompetent people, I still have not received a check to get my car fixed. They're also only open from 8:30-4:30 and refuse to speak to you outside those hours, even if you have to work a full day from 8-5. Ridiculous.
